A compelling opportunity exists for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect. You will be involved in all technical delivery activities for our CRM (Dynamics 365) in this varied role, including requirement gathering, implementation, quality assurance, release coordination, and service support.

You will help to clarify requirements, review and optimise business processes, system workflow, and data flows while collaborating closely with the larger CRM Team. You will then translate these into technical solutions that are deployed inside the CRM environment.

Key duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1. Design, architect, build and deliver successful Dynamics 365 projects.
2. Lead end to end implementation and solution with the responsibility of project deliverables.
3. Can mentor new team members/junior stuff member to deliver best solution outcomes.
4. Maintain high utilisation to ensure efficient and effective use of time.
5. Collaborate with project and support teams to transfer solution offerings to general post go-live support, ensuring a smooth transition and experience for customers.
6. Work with the team to assist with the business development activities associated with pre-sales, and after care support.
7. Maintain good communication channels with customers to ensure minimum interruption to their business.
8. Provide skills to analyse requirements, design, configure, test and implement business solutions.
9. Maintaining a long-term focus on ensuring best practice, high-quality and low-maintenance systems are implemented.
10. Ensuring that newly introduced solutions and changes to existing solutions conform to generally accepted standards and integrate effectively.
11. Setting a personal example for other Delta Insights consultants to follow, through a professional, high-quality, and cooperative team-focused approach to solution definition and implementation.
12. Keep up to date with Microsoft D365 certifications for example: sitting exams periodically.
13. Availability to travel if required.
