This training is to help clients identify the parts of their business that can be automated. We will train business owners on “what’ can be automated, training on the best way to transition into automation, and identify processes within their business. What infrastructure is required, and “which” resources will be needed to make their automation process possible with both internally and with external stakeholders.
Training will be for the Business owner and/or Manager(s) to take them on the transformation journey of automation. The training is flexible and bespoke to the client’s needs and can be one-on-one and/or in workshops. Delivery of the training is flexible as we offer a hybrid service – in-person and/or remote (via Teams or Zoom).
The objectives of the training include some of the following outcomes:
• Understanding of automation processes for businesses.
• Training to identify core business needs.
• Identifying tools and systems needed to speed up common tasks to uplift productivity.
• How to achieve more with existing resources.
• Reduce mistakes or errors, by improving the quality of output.
Key skills to build on:
• Increased productivity as each process for automation is identified.
• A more connected and productive team, as mundane tasks are automated.
• Improved profitability with consistency and quality control with fewer errors.
• Future-proofing the business one process at a time.
Total Time committed (including homework) from Business Owner/Manager(s) – 15 to 45 hrs.
The total cost of the service excluding GST is from $2500 to $10,000
Advisory note: We are agnostic to software and systems including legacy systems Our automation processes are for Robotic process automation and NOT robotics.
Price type is per person
The hourly rate is $250 NZD
